These zucchini fries are the perfect crispy, nutrient-packed side for your toddler (and you!). They’re delicious, easy to make, and filled with brain-boosting fats, protein, and gut-healing micronutrients—without any junk ingredients.

Why These Zucchini Fries Are a Win for Toddlers:

  • A fun way to introduce veggies – Crispy, cheesy, and great for dipping!

  • Packed with brain-fueling nutrients – Healthy fats, protein, and minerals for stable energy and focus.

  • Sneaky nutrient boost from organ meats – If you use Pluck seasoning (use code RAISINGPRIMAL for 15% off), you’re adding iron, zinc, and B vitamins for growth & immunity.

  • Encourages food variety – The more they’re exposed to new textures & flavors, the less picky they become.

Ingredients:

  • 2 organic zucchinis – High in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants for gut and immune health.

  • 1-2 pasture-raised eggs, whisked – A fantastic source of choline for brain development and protein for growth.

  • ½ cup raw Manchego cheese, finely grated – An easily digestible aged cheese, rich in calcium & vitamin K2for strong bones.

  • 1-2 tbsp Pluck Original Seasoning – This seasoning sneaks in beef liver, kidney, spleen, heart, and pancreas, all packed with iron, vitamin A, and B vitamins—crucial for energy and immunity.

  • ½ tsp Redmond Real Salt – A natural mineral-rich salt for electrolyte balance.

  • 1 tbsp ghee, beef tallow, or coconut oil – For baking or frying (provides stable energy and gut-friendly fats).

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Cut zucchinis into thin fry-shaped strips. (Keeping them uniform helps them cook evenly.)
3️⃣ In one bowl, whisk the eggs.
4️⃣ In another bowl, mix cheese, Pluck seasoning, and salt.
5️⃣ Dip each zucchini strip in egg mixture, then roll in the seasoning mixture until fully coated.
6️⃣ Arrange the coated fries on the baking sheet and drizzle with ghee or tallow.
7️⃣ Bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
8️⃣ Let cool slightly and serve with your toddler’s favorite dip!

Toddler-Friendly Dipping Sauces:

  • Yogurt & Garlic Dip – Blend full-fat yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice for a probiotic-rich sauce.

  • Homemade Meat Stock Mayo – Mix egg yolk, meat stock, olive oil, and mustard for a gut-healing dip.

  • Avocado Mash – Mash avocado with a pinch of salt & lime for brain-boosting healthy fats.
