Why These Ingredients Are Powerful for Your Toddler's Health

From a GAPS and Weston A. Price perspective, these ingredients are carefully chosen to support gut healing, immune function, and brain development.

Grass-Fed Beef

  • Rich in Heme Iron – The most bioavailable form of iron, essential for oxygen transport, energy levels, and cognitive function in growing toddlers.

  • Zinc for Immunity – Supports a strong immune response, wound healing, and proper growth.

  • B Vitamins for Brain Development – Including B12 and B6, which are critical for neurological development and mood regulation.

  • Healthy Fats for Satiety & Growth – Provides a good balance of saturated and monounsaturated fats, which fuel brain function and stabilize blood sugar.

Note: I used organic ground beef because that’s what I had on hand, but for optimal nutrition, it’s best to choose grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, which contains higher levels of omega-3s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), a fatty acid known for its anti-inflammatory benefits.

Pluck Zesty Garlic Seasoning (Organ Meat Blend)

This nutrient-dense seasoning is an easy way to incorporate organ meats into your toddler’s diet. Organ meats are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet, providing critical micronutrients often missing from modern diets. Want 15% off Pluck? Click here!
